I love to prepare it. It gives me pleasure to add seasonal fruits and superfoods of my chice knowing their nutritious value and taste.


In this version I used the power of walnuts, sunflower and hemp seeds.

The sweetness of classy apple and pear plus a bit of unrefined cane sugar.


Cinnamon and vanilla for a cozy touch of sweet aroma.

Lemon zest for a fresh twist,
